LEASE RIGHTS ($40 – $100)
The prices are between $10 and $50 depending on the beat you choose. It can be used for one commercial purpose (demo, mixtape, and collaboration) With leasing the rights still belong to the seller (RuffRec). This also means that other people still can purchase exclusive or leasing rights to the same beat. Once leasing rights are purchased, you will get the beat sent through email, Messenger, or an upload. You must give full credit to me (Produced by RUFFREC PRODUCTIONS) on all commercial recordings.
EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS ($300 – $1000)
The prices are between $300 and $1000 depending on the beat you choose. With exclusive rights you have full ownership and can use the beat for all commercial purposes.
You will receive an MP3 file of the beat, a copy of the raw WAV file and the separate parts of the beat as individual wav files. The song file can be delivered digitally or through the mail on a CD/DVD. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You will receive a contract in the mail/e-mail granting you exclusive rights to the beat. I may no longer lease or sell the beat/song, except for earlier leasing rights holders and his/her own promotional page. The beat will be on the site, but it will be marked as “SOLD”. You must however give full credit to me (Produced by RUFFREC PRODUCTIONS) on all commercial recordings.
